In 1999 I started my career as a counselor in Washington, D.C. I work with individuals, families, and couples to identify and influence negative habits and traits.

My approach to counseling is to focus on your basic philosophy of life and how specific aspects are inevitably, and behaviorally, self-defeating. Together, we will cognitively, emotively, and behaviorally improve your unique situation allowing you to move forward and flourish.

​ This counseling approach will help you leverage the strengths of your core personality type and make real shifts in your thinking as well as your behavior. I work well with both males and females including adolescence.

​"Recovery Without Relapse" es una Terapia de Grupo que se lleva a cabo todos los miércoles a las 6:00 p.m. a 7:15 p.m. (sólo para hombres).
